• Cirrhosis of liver

All leads to hepatic encephalopathy.

     3.Carcinoma of liver-
a)Primary
b)Secondary

     4.Non-cirrhotic portal hypertension.
     5.Budd-chiari syndrome:due to obstruction of hepatic vein-hepatic enlargement
